This assessment is best suited for people who:

✅ Need finance within the next 30 days
✅ Are willing to speak with a finance specialist by phone
✅ Have started employment or have a confirmed start date
✅ Hold an eligible visa, if applicable, see our visa list
✅ Can provide documents when requested
✅ Want assistance with lender selection and application support

This assessment may not be suitable if:

❌ You are only researching your options at this stage
❌ You are not willing or able to speak with us by phone
❌ You are not planning to apply within the next month
❌ You are already working with another broker or lender
❌ You are not on an eligible visa, for example Subclass 500 or 417/462

To avoid duplicate credit enquiries and conflicting lender submissions, we recommend only working with one brokerage throughout the process.

Applications that remain uncontactable for more than 2 business days may be closed and removed from our active assessment queue. We keep our process personalised and hands-on so every customer gets the attention they deserve, which means we can only hold a place in the queue for customers who are actively ready to move forward.
